It was Barry Levinson in a hand written note to me who suggested that I break
the movie up into several different movies. He was married to my cousin Valerie
Curtin who wrote with him ...and Justice for All staring Al Pacino. She
is the daughter of Joseph Lawrence Curtin who played Mr. North in the hit radio
show Mr. and Mrs. North. That played from 1942 until 1953. One Minute
To Midnight exceeds my sister Jane Curtin's movie Divorce Wars. She
stared in that with Tom Slick.
The Escape
Episode One Facts: After my first wife divorced me she went to a member of the Teamsters in Massachusetts and tried to
solicit him to murder me. This was at a time when she had been arrested for shop lifting. This was told to me by her. She was quite pleased with
what she had tried to do. This was from someone who I had pulled out from under
a capsized sailboat off of Puerto Rico in the late 60s. She was tangled in the
boats lines. I dove under the boat and pulled her out just before another rouge
wave came and shot the boat forward. Had I not she would have been decapitated
by the lines she had wrapped around her being yanked forward by the boat.
She was urged on in her efforts by a Marlyne Santori of Ohio. This was her
childhood friend who in the summer of 1972 wrote her a letter stating to "take
those lace Curtins for everything they have, make up something" to get their
money. I found that letter and put it in the divorce file.
In addition to the above, while on a business trip to California in 1971 she took my prize Irish Setter, Shane and had him killed. When I got back from California she claimed he had run away. That dog use to follow me to work from my house in Cambridge Massachusetts to my office in Harvard Square, with a stop at the local ice cream shop. Everyone in Cambridge knew my dog Shane. She lied so many times claiming that I did not pay my child support that I am surprised her nose did not reach across contentinets. It took me 30 years to prove I did, as the letter from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts confirms.
The Irish Setter in the movie was Take A Chance who everyone on Key Biscayne knew.
Next, Black Tuna was the only major indicted person who was not in custody at US
District Court Judge James Lawrence King's trial in Miami. Black Tuna, with good
grounds, was fearful of being kidnapped or murdered in Santa Marta, Columbia at
the desire of James Lawrence King. He was the only member of the gang who had
the resources and a good interest in blowing James Lawrence King's brains all
over his living room carpet. In fact I was offered $100,000.00 to kidnap Black
Tuna from Columbia and bring him back to King's courtroom. I was told
"we don't care what happens to him on the way back". I took that to mean, kill
him, throw him out of the private airplane on the way back to Miami. I thought
long and hard at that time over that decision. In the end I looked in the mirror
and said I am a writer, not a murder like James Lawrence King. You will see his
acts that back up this assertion as a post script below.

Episode Four Facts: I was prosecuted by Janet Reno, Sanford Halber and then Florida Attorney General Robert "I'll take care of it Bob" Butterworth for non payment of child support for 20 years. Janet Reno personally had possession of the court file with all of the canceled checks proving I have paid my child support. Reno kept the file from me for 10 years. When I got the file back all of the canceled checks were missing. Finally a clerk added up all of the monies paid and determined I did not owe anything. In fact I had over paid by $58,000.00.

Episode Six Facts: Upon returning from Europe in 1985 with a US Marshall I was
put into Miami Mental Institution for a fun filled weekend by my second wife
(Kim Krogen) and her attorney after she had filed for divorce. While I was in
Europe he attached my house in an effort to get it for his legal fees. For most
of the trip from Frankfurt, Germany to Washington, DC the US Marshall kept
telling me that my second wife should be Baker Acted. Unbeknown to me at that
time her parents had her committed to a mental institution called the SEED in
Miami for her cocaine addition. I just did not have the heart to do that to her
again. However, as an ironic twist, Miami Mental Institution paid for the
editing of this movie after I sent them a letter threatening a medical
malpractice law suit.
In addition my first wife's grandfather was badgered by his wife during the
depression about his job. After he could not take it anymore he went into a bus
station with a revolver and blew his brains out.
Also former Florida Attorney General Robert "I'll take care of it Bob"
Butterworth's x-wife called him on a pay phone in November of 1986 and uttered the
aforementioned words just before she shot dead their son and then killed herself
with a revolver.
Post Script: My first wife operates a business counseling people on their
relationships. Apparently her grandmother and her talents at tormenting people
to death are needed to solve problems in relationships. In fact Ophra Winfrey
found her techniques so valuable that she invited her on to her show to feature
her books, Why Men Commit, Why Men Stray and Why Men Stay. These are not books
from a writers perspective but yet compilations of quips from deceased people.
My second wife is now married for the fifth time. "A true triumph of hope over
reality." She has had 4 children by 4 different men only 3 of which she has been
married to. Not to worry though she sold the fourth child to people who lived
around the corner from me on Key Biscayne. After my marriage to her she falsely
claimed on her numerous marriage licenses that the marriage she was about to
enter into was her second. I am the only father who supported his child out of
the 4 and the only father who fought to be with his son. This was despite the
fact that I was shot at in my driveway by her third husband at her instigation.
To show you how bizarre the government of the United States is, I was offered
$87,500.00 to lure people to a farm outside of Houston, Texas where the
government stored stockpiles of marijuana. The only problem with this was that I
did not know anyone who smoked the stuff or dealt in it.
On December 11, 1998 US District Court Judge James Lawrence King met with a
perjurer who dope dealers and pedophiles pledged their alliance to. At that
secret meeting he incited them to do harm to my son and I despite my sending him
a letter pleading with him to stop criminals from harming my 12 year old son. I
wrote a book about some of the harm. It is A Paradox of Evil.
This is all concrete proof of a "Shadow Government" that has control over the United States of American. The Constitution of the United states has been rendered by Federal Judges a "frivolous" document. In fact it is a dead document who's precepts no longer apply to individual citizens of the United States.

This is a United States District Judge who told me that you had to be "hardy" to speak out in the United States. Hardy means that you must endure hardships. The Bill of Rights does not state that you must endure hardships to exercise your right to free speech. Jordan ran away from his native Cuba and brought Castro's values regarding free speech to the United States.
